SANZ
SANZ was founded in 2021 as a solo project by former Groovenom frontman Sandro "Sanz" Geissler. After releasing two studio albums and touring with bands such as MONO INC. and Hell Boulevard, the project evolved into a five-piece dark rock band. In October 2024, SANZ will release their new album, "Ending Things," which places even more emphasis on rock elements. The band combines catchy vocals with heavy guitar riffs, modern synthesizers, driving bass, and groovy drums. The sound of the album is both heavy and influenced by 80s pop music. In live performances, the musicians captivate audiences with the melancholic, authentic performance of singer Sandro and the virtuoso guitar work of Joe Gastel. SANZ is a passion project that brings fresh energy to the scene, blending retro and modern stylistic features. It's a balancing act between nostalgia and wanderlust.
